OUR LAND
Fallbrook Land Conservancy is proud to protect more than 4,700 acres of land. Our protected lands provide habitat and connectivity for wildlife and spaces for the community to connect with nature.
Our Preserves are home to a diverse array of plants and animals. Remember, this land is their home.

Land Protection
At Fallbrook Land Conservancy, we balance two equally important goals — connecting people with nature and protecting it for future generations.
Our trails offer the people a chance to explore and enjoy southern California’s natural beauty through hiking, walking, and outdoor recreation. These trails are carefully maintained to provide safe, sustainable access for the community.
Our land protection efforts focus on preserving sensitive habitats, wildlife corridors, and open spaces. Sometimes, this means a preserve has limited or no access to ensure ecosystems can thrive without interference.
Together, trails and land protection reflect our mission to conserve, restore, and share the natural landscapes that make our community special.
Connect with nature.
Not every preserve is open to the public, some are set aside to protect sensitive species, habitats, and resources. But, there is more to explore!
We have wetlands, woodlands, hiking trails, beautiful streams and more. We challenge you to find a new preserve you haven’t visited before.
Support land protection.
A conservation easement is a legal agreement that helps protect land forever—without changing who owns it. Through a conservation easement, a landowner voluntarily limits development on their property to preserve its natural, scenic, or agricultural value.
By creating a Conservation Easement, landowners make a lasting commitment to protect wildlife habitat, open space, and the character of our community’s landscape—permanently safeguarding the land they love.
