Alexis Wells is a “new” resident of Fallbrook, about 15 years ago she fell in love with this funky town and stayed to raise a family. Alexis is a Wildlife Biologist with a master’s degree in Geography from Oregon State University. She has over 25 years of experience in wildlife/land use management. Since 2021, Alexis has been working for Fallbrook Land Conservancy as a Preserve Manager. She is responsible for managing more than 15 properties according to their individual and specific management plans.
Alexis is passionate about the space use of the Fallbrook area (North County, San Diego) and is concerned about intense development and growing fragmentation of our open spaces.
Jeff Wells
Preserve Manager

Jeff Wells fell in love with the unique community of Fallbrook in the early eighties. After graduating from San Diego State University, he moved to Fallbrook and worked as an independent environmental consultant and as a Wildlife Biologist for the Cleveland National Forest.
Jeff Wells is a Preserve Manager for the Fallbrook Land Conservancy and a gifted naturalist. He is responsible for managing open space properties, restoration, and wildlife surveys. Jeff admires the work Fallbrook Land Conservancy does, because they are trying to preserve what makes this area special.
