SCULPTURE GARDEN
VOLUNTEERS
The mission of Sculpture Garden Volunteers is to steward and enhance the sculpture garden through hands-on service, helping protect the landscape, support the artworks, and create meaningful experiences for visitors in a natural setting.
The Wildlife Sculpture Garden is located at the Palomares House, Fallbrook Land Conservancy’s office and headquarters.
The Wildlife Sculpture Garden features life-sized bronze sculptures of California wildlife, including a mountain lion and a covey of quail. These artworks were generously donated and are part of a collaboration between the FLC and Art in Public Places. The garden provides a peaceful setting for reflection and appreciation of both art and nature.
FLC Volunteers generously give their time to do most of the renovation work on Tuesdays at 10 am. Our Sculpture Garden is planted and maintained by volunteers who routinely pull weeds, install stones and rotate art installations. The garden is divided in to manageable portions so that each volunteer can focus on beautifying and maintaining their section. This can be done as a group during volunteer work or individually on their own.
Visitors can honor loved ones by purchasing a commemorative tile to be placed along the park’s memorial path. This initiative supports ongoing stewardship and connects the community to the park's legacy.
You can donate and earmark a memorial stone in honor of your loved one here.
