Monserate Mountain 9/11 Memorial Hike
The Fallbrook Land Conservancy is honored to invite you to join us for our inaugural 9/11 Memorial Hike on Saturday, September 12, at Monserate Mountain Preserve.
This special event is more than a hike; it's an opportunity for our community to come together in remembrance of the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, while honoring the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of the first responders and everyday heroes who answered the call that day.
Participants will challenge themselves by hiking Monserate Mountain as a tribute to those who never came home and to the spirit of service that continues to unite our nation. Along the trail, moments of reflection will remind us that freedom is never free and that acts of courage and compassion deserve to be remembered.
We hope you'll help us make this event a meaningful tradition. There are several ways to get involved:
Register as an individual or gather a team to hike together.
Share the event with your members, volunteers, employees, and supporters.
Make a donation if you're unable to participate in person.
Together, we can honor the past while investing in the future. A portion of proceeds from this event will support the Fallbrook Land Conservancy and the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
Whether you hike, sponsor, volunteer, or simply help spread the word, your participation will ensure that the legacy of September 11 continues to inspire unity, service, and hope.
Thank you for helping us remember, honor, and preserve.
