Calling all local young artists!

In honor of Earth Day and Mother's Day we're hosting a Love Your Mother craft day event.

In collaboration with Fallbrook Center for the Arts, we're hosting a craft event for Mother's day. Instructor and artist Alicia will lead a guided flower walk through our Sculpture garden to identify flowers and greenery and then have them paint on 2-d flowers and greenery made from foam board. Kids will have an everlasting bouquet for the moms just in time for Mother's Day.

Workshop fee includes the materials, prep and instruction.

Plus each ticket comes with a Yogurt Palace Froyo and toppings!

Alicia Serling

Alicia Serling is an artist and educator dedicated to the idea that art belongs to everyone. With a BFA from MICA and an MFA from Otis College, Alicia leads multiple kids workshops at Fallbrook School of the Arts. She will lead the kids through a tour of the garden and discuss the flora with them.

10:30 AM - 11:15 AM

Bouquet Craft

After a tour of the garden, the kids will have a chance to create! Kids will choose which flowers they will mimic in their bouquets. They will choose the premade flower outlines then paint them to create a beautiful bouquet for mom!

11:15 AM - 11:30 AM

Yogurt Palace

After their done with their craft, each kid will get to treat themselves to a yogurt with toppings, courtesy of Yogurt Palace!
